I updated my z10 to leaked OS 10.2.1.176 few weeks ago and when opened BBM it always say "no BlackBerry data. Bbm is unable to connect to server. Please try again later. "

I tried to connect to my wifi but its not working
I tried to restart my phone but its not working
I tried to take off the battery and plug it back in but its not working

Any suggestions?

I believe you loaded the wrong working version, I believe it's 10.2.1.1155 or so

No. You might want to study the weird world of BlackBerry OS vs. App version number mix ;-)

He is using 10.2.1.1055.

im having the same issuse on my q10 very annoying. yet nothing to find in the threads. Just to review my steps i loaded 10.2.1.1055 and bbm doesnt work my text messages all show phone numbers not the contacts names saved ***, also is running very buggy. fyi when i finally loaded 10.2.1 i did a security wipe and then reloaded my backup file from link. any ideas what could possibly be the problem?

I'm having same server registration issues since yesterday morning, updated to prod bbm build when it became available, fine for couple days and nothing now. I've tried everything.

Mine isn't working either. I called rogers and they said it's a rogers network problem but I think that's a lie because all my friends on rogers aren't having this problem.

Have them hit register blackberry and all of them will die too
It's an issue with BB registration server
If you don't reboot or re-register, it's all good though

Looks like registration servers are back up.

Try now and it should work.

Same here guys on my Classic - I get a red x when I try to send messages, but still receive messages...strage!! Any solution so far? :/ Anyone tried to delete and re-install BBM?
