I can send and receive BBM's from all bb7 devices.
I can receive BBM's from BB10 devices.
But if I send a BBM to a Q5 or Q10, the recipient does not receive and there is no delivery notice on my display.
Has anyone experienced this? Or suggest a way to troubleshoot?

Wow. That is very unusual. I haven't read about that at all.
Have you changed OSes recently on any of your devices?

no. my device is about 2 years old. last upgrade to os was perhaps a year ago.
q10's and q5's are newish.

You could try deleting and adding back your contacts.

but there is no correlation between the problem and the carrier.
The only correlation is that when I Send to a Q5 or Q10, it doesn't get received by the recipient. Although they can send to me.
Have not tried Z10 as I don't know anyone who has one.

OP, actually I am experiencing problems with my wife's 9860. Maybe I will check to make sure that she has the current OS update on her phone and see if that will resolve the problem.
Oh btw, we have Z10, Z30, iPod, iPad, Samsung and nothing is coming through from her BB 9860.

Fixed.
I deleted BBM, rebooted, reinstalled BBM, rebooted.
And now it works.
(All BBM contact information was still there.)
Case closed.
