Hello,

I got a Z10 about three weeks ago and everything is working fine except that I can't see my husband's pic updates. I see then for my other contacts but not his. He has a Q10. I do see his status updates, btw.

Any suggestions?

Have you tried deleting each other as contacts, reboot device, and add each other again?

We haven't tried that. As soon as he gets home we'll give it a shot.

Are you on Wi-Fi or using the Mobile Network? I have had issues on my personal Wi-Fi at home and once I turn that off, I get updates and messages coming through. Once I reconnect to the wireless, BBM resumes as expected.

Well, deleting and re-adding didn't work and neither did turning off the wifi. Wow, the Z10 takes a while to turn on!
