Hello all. I'm having a problem when trying to purchase bbm stickers or subscriptions. Before subscriptions were made available, I had no problem with the stickers but since BlackBerry rolled out subscriptions I can't purchase either. Every time I try I get a message about a BlackBerry World test account. I've tried to find answers on twitter through @Blackberryhelp who in turn sent me via my carrier to BlackBerry, who gave me bs answer just to get me off the phone (I've worked at many call centers so I know it when I hear it). Went back to @Blackberryhelp who said I should email BlackBerry betazone (why, I don't know). Emailed them a few times to no response. So finally (& I don't know why I didn't think of this first) I decided to come on to the cb community to see if anyone has an answer on this. I searched in advance to see if the problem exists and came up blank so if it's already a thread on this, forgive me. I've enclosed screenshots. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
