    I have a problem with my BLACKBERRY PASSPORT in BBM

    Once your BBID is associated with an Android or iOS device, you cannot move back to a BB10 or BBOS device. You can create a new BBID for your Passport if you choose.

    Sorry I'm Indonesian, I also get the seem's problem BBM on My BBz10, I think I never created BBM account before, But why I can't log in BBM on My BB z10? I have to transfer Info from my device but I never have account on other device. Please help me.

    Before your Z10, what is your other device?

    I am an Iranian and when I updated my passport, the same problem came to me and I can not login to bbm.
