    My brother and I have always been big Blackberry fans. We both recently got Q10's. I really love the phone but think BBM has become a less simplified user friendly application. Anyway I was at my brothers house yesterday. I asked for his pin and after finally getting the friend request to come through I was happy. I wanted to try BBM video and no go! It doesn't have the option for him... why is that. I am on verizon and he is on sprint and we live in the same city. Is there an option that you have to turn it on or something? Little things like this really are frustrating. Check the attachment for the error message.

    Well apparently the phone wouldn't take the attachment. Basically it says this contact is not available for bbm chat. Any suggestions?

    Make sure you have the option "allow bbm voice calls over mobile network " enabled. You find that option when you go into the bbm app and swipe down for settings. You can also make sure you're on wifi too.
