Coming from BBOS, I would simply add any contact to BBM.

When I try to Share a Channel post with anyone in device contact, it says I first need to invite them.

BBM in BB10 appears to be decently different and I don't fully understand. Can't I just add a current device contact into BBM?

If you want to share a BBM Channel post with someone via email... maybe take a screen shot.

It appears to be a Channel issue only. I can share BBM pics and text to all the other usual device options. Channel seems to share only to BBM pin numbers.

You can only share a BBM Channels Post with someone who's on BBM. You can share a BBM Channels Photo with anyone. To share the photo, click on the photo from within the post until you get the photo only; no text underneath.

Yeah, I figured out the Channel image share work around also.

Some times I want to save a post for myself, like a recipe or how-to. Can't even share it to Remember for my own purposes?!!

Wonder why BB won't allow normal sharing in Channels? They must have some logic behind it.

What I do (and yes in BBM) is Hold and copy, jump out of BBM and go to SMS or email, drop it in and send it to whomever I want.
