Can anybody help...........?

My friend has been not able to send or receive bbm messages since last few days, either in group or personal chat.

He has wiped entire OS and reloaded twice, deleted all contacts, re-added but of no help....

We are trying to invite him in group but again no help.

His broadcast message is received by all but when we reply he doesn't get it..

Even his last updated DP is visible.

Moved to General BBM discussion. Please confirm that the 4 BB dots are available by his carrier signal and/or wifi connection.

Yes he does have it, he is available on 2nd windows phone,but on his z10 not able to just get through.

Register to network again? Maybe swap sim cards with other carrier?

so my bbm isn't working either..
AND the 4 dots AREN'T there..
they haven't been there for two days, the same time my bbm hasn't been working for.
please help..

I tried the register again method.. it says registration requested.. that it. and there no "resync configuration" button in the over flow menu

I'm the one with the issue, I just tried both options and still nothing happening.

I'm waiting to hear back from BlackBerry Help to see what they say.

I side loaded the older BBM and it's working fine. MODs could you close please

mines working fine too.. and I didn't sideload..
Also, it has happened to me before.. and it kinda fixed itself.
I recommend waiting for it to patch itself and not messing around much, guess it's some server registration issue after all...

Mine is doing the same. It is on the four dot network...than drops it. Not able to figure out what is causing it. Very frustrating.

my q5 had this problem too. I try turn off the network for few second and turn on again it recovered back. Try it
