good to hear they are not resting on their laurels and are ztill working to optimize the experience...

that tells me that they aren't just looking at the release of BBM cross-platform as the finish line... but looking beyond that... hopefully they continue to address some of the issues that have been preventing us from being able to convert people...

I installed 10.2.1 and now BBM won't work won't load just flashes or refreshes..ideas anyone? BlackBerry help on twitter told me by my pin:2AD5B6FF I had wrong version like I didn't already know that...so when is AT&T gonna get up?

You could try sideloading the original 10.2.1 BBM bar file and then see if you could update to the newest BBM version then
