    What on earth is going on at BlackBerry regarding BBM? BBM 2.0 is nowhere to be seen and there is complete silence regarding its release. Now we have this change in BBM leadership and the very dodgy statement from BlackBerry that says nothing about BBMx and the masses.

    A pull out from the promise of BBM for all would be a media disaster for BlackBerry - I really hope we get some clarification very soon, and assurance that BBMx is still being rolled out asap.

    The negative articles are already beginning to role in regarding this...what the hell are Chen and Co. thinking here?

    I recall they clarified this already. Believe around time recent small update came out with Find Friends added. Plus I believe Chen has mentioned it in recent interviews.

    What "dodgy statement" and "negative articles" do you mean?

    An even bigger disaster would be promising a due date and miss it, or release an update with some big new bugs.
