    My mom is using the DTEK50 unfortunately I'm in a different country and can't help her much. But since last Thursday Dec 10, her BBMe stop working and not connecting anymore. Does anyone know about a recent issue?

    Already last year, but I set her up with a subscription, I checked and it was renewed end of November.

    End of November and Dec 10th seem curiously close together.

    In the meantime, clear the app cache and do a 32 second reboot.
