    I already created a new BBID and it still doesn't work.

    Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app from the PlayStore, then when signing in ensure you're selecting the personal button. Then sign in with your new BBID. See if that helps.

    Thank you. It did work when I uninstalled the app and then reinstalled.
