    Hi, anyone else having issues sending photos in a BBMe chat? The progress bar goes all the way to the end but doesn't complete. Sometimes, if I restart the phone, it will send. I tried clearing cache and reinstalling app but some issue.

    I think it may be a beta but not sure, I've lost track of beta programs

    Not much you can try apart from deleting the app and reinstalling it.

    But it really is time to move to a modern, properly-supported messaging service.

    Ikr? my 82 year old father is the hold out. he uses BBM on his tablet and has no interest in a smart phone and a data plan. most other msg apps are phone number based.

    You can use a virtual number to initially sign up with Telegram, and you'll never need it again.

    Just use 2FA so no one else will ever be able to use the same phone number again.

    For a fee...

    And why bother paying for it, when you have to have another messenger that people actually use anyway? Extra battery, extra resources.
