With an average SaaS retention rate of about 20%, that should equate to about 200,000 current users.

Probably double what it was prior to the shuttering of BBM.

I'd be interested to find out how many of those 200,000 users stay after the invoices start coming.

Yep this is an important question.

I transferred 80+% of my contacts to BBMe, but I suspect that will shrink pretty quick once a year is up.
