I have sent out about 10 BBM invites, some duplicates. My friends have sent me invited. I have responded to their invites, but when I click on their PIN I just get an email to invite them again. No contacts show up on my BBM app even though I have put pins in my contacts. What am I missing?

Tried uninstalling, but doesn't come up with a trash can. Seems permanent like the calendar.

You can't uninstall BBM. Think you'd need to reload your whole OS. Don't think that will fix the problem tho.

Reinstall the app over the old one. Should fix your issue.... clear your case and cookies, do a hard reset and install BBM through your browsers www.blackberry.com/appworld

Since today, Nov. 05.13, at 06:06 am, i couldn't send bbm, i couldn't send pictures, instead i just received bbm or received picture. I'm using Z10, softwr 10.1.0.4181

OK. Now I downloaded BBM on my ipad. Had to use a new BlackBerry ID. The app downloaded fine on my iPad, but won't open. I get an error message saying it can't connect with the server. I give up on BBM!!

I fixed it by uninstalling and reinstalling the app on my ipad. Then I invited my Q10 by Barcode. Now my ipad can BBM my Q10. Next I have to figure out why I can't invite my friends with iphones!!

The barcode always works for me. The other methods work about 25% of the time only.

I had my friend send me a screen shot of her barcode. I opened it on my iPad and scanned it with my BBM app on the Q10. What happens is we each get a request to BBM, but can't figure out how to accept it. I can only re-request. So I have about 3 requests from her and 6 sent requests from me, but we can't connect!!!
But I am connected perfectly to my own iPad!! :-(
