Currently, no. That is subject to change as circumstances are warranted, but in a recent interview with one of the bigwigs, that is a project that may or may not happen.

This may become more likely if/when BBM lands on PC.

    They should rethink.
Instead of focusing on Android OSs prior to ice cream sandwich, which eventually will be replaced by newer versions, they should be heading to a true cross platform BBM.

I hope so, the more platforms BBM is on the better. Only way to be #1 cross-platform messenger app, otherwise people will keep using apps like Whatsapp to fill the gap. Also, if anyone BlackBerry should be lenient to bring BBM to Windows OS seeing that they are in the same position with developers refusing to build apps because of small user base.

I hope so too, since I am planning to get the 1520. Seems like a fantastic device.

Haha then all I can say is

"Shut up and take my money!"

Although it isn't so bad that BBM won't be coming to Windows Phone right now because I will be keeping the awesome Z30 anyway. My other remaining reservation is WP and it's quirks tho...

No BBM on windows phone is a good strategy.

Windows phone is lacking of apps too just like BlackBerry. If you choose which one to have with these two, you would likely choose BlackBerry.

If BlackBerry don't make native bbm apps for Windows phone, when windows phone have android runtime, WP users would just sideload it (the bbm for android). Which is a lost opportunity..
