    My brother is in Spain on holiday and has full data roaming enabled. Normally we can bbm chat and video but he's not able to do anything other than bbm text at present: no calls or video. Otherwise the phone works fine. He's not on wifi. Any ideas why this is happening? The bbm setting to allow calls over cellular networks is enabled
