    Can anyone here tell me why calls have not been going on BBM recently. Both calls and video calls are not working!

    My suggestion would be to reboot and see if that clears the glitch. Then comes location, and trying to locate if there is a BBM outage in your area. Where are you located?

    Normally I'd take both phones off power saving mode, and restart the phones and it normally works for me

    OK, thanks for the reply. That was the one thing I probably should have asked, what remedies you've tried. That usually helps to get answers that you haven't already tried.
