    This app has to be installed in oder to get in the chat room the phone icon for all the bbm contacts outside BBOS 10 (android, IOS, WP). If the bbm option "allow a call from your mobile network provider" is on you will be able to use the audio function directly from the chat room for all users (android, ios, wp). It is working on my BlackBerry classic well

    Correct. FYI -- You can also start a BBM voice/video conversation from the BB10 Contacts app for anyone who is one of your BBM contacts.
