    I have a bbm contact that has the z10. The problem is I am frequently (not always) unable to see the green BBM video/voice chat icon in the chat. I can see it fine for other contacts. What's going on here??

    Maybe they have it set to only use WiFi, in which case it would not show when connected to the mobile network.

    We were sharing the same wifi so I don't think that's the case. Also, wouldn't the icon just be greyed out as unavailable?

    Same problem here. Icon was completely missing just now. At least, until I turned on WiFi. Even though I have it set to allow BBM calls over mobile network. Turned WiFi off and the icon disappeared. Very odd.

    I sure hope it's not the carriers messing with stuff to figure out how to charge us for it.

    i think there is no buttom or u have to do just open ur contact list and scroll up in the bar of contact chose video contacts and it will show u the people that they have video supported on thier bbm..

    I'm still waiting for the option to even video chat. No one else I know has a BlackBerry. I'm sure it will be cool once bbm4all gets video
