    So basically I live in UAE and I just got a new Q10 and updated to the latest O.S and updated BBM to the latest version. I have an Etisalat sim, whenever I video/voice call anyone it says Connecting to BBM Video please try again in a few moment.....
    I tried on Wifi and Mobile network. Does anyone have a solution for this?

    Pull out your sim card and try to call via wifi to make sure your service provider has restriction or not..
