You can only use it if the person you are talking to also has a BB10 device. Android and ios work with each other.

I'm using a Priv on Verizon and when I talk to a friend with an apple with BBM video my phone warms up and I get lag lag lag. I hate to say this, but I found myself using Facebook Messager to finish the call. One would think BBM would have the issue fixed expecially while I'm using a BlackBerry phone.

I would say thats due to the 808 chip in the Priv. It was not qualcomm's best work. I have used BBM video on the KEYone and there is zero issues with heat and lag.

So Facebook doesn't affect the 808 chip but BBM does. Makes no sense to me. Maybe BBM has to change something.
