    This just started happening a few days ago.

    I have reset the phone (both soft reset and battery pull).

    Whenever I open BBM - it "acts" like its being open the first time when you boot the phone and HUB is still loading - you know - no ones image loads and your contacts aren't all there. But this happens EVERY time.

    Sending a message seems to be delayed several minutes.

    Anyone have a solution?

    Are you opening BBM, or opening the Hub and using that to type/send your message?
