Don't refresh the (updates) it doesn't show the updates all the time

Sorry for late response. Once you download the updated BBM just tap on the bottom left menu and the last icon will be a shopping cart. Tap that and you will see the picture I just posted. Then tap on the stickers group and you will have the option to download it. Once is downloaded when you will open a chat you will have to tap on the regular emoticon and after that you will have both options to use regular emoticons or the new stickers.

Can't see that I'm doing anything wrong but I downloaded the new BBM app and can see the BBM shop to purchase stickers. I was able to purchase the two free packs (BBM and WWE) but now I can't see how they are used. Selecting the normal emoticon button shows the regular old emoticon list and the BBM shop (with a shopping cart symbol) but I can't see how to select or add a sticker to a BBM message. Anyone else having this issue?
