BBM Update doesn't show up in Google Play

Hey everybody,

my gf has bbm 1.x installed on her galaxy s3 mini. Unfortunately, the update to bbm 2.1 doesn't show up in her Google Play Store. She runs Android 4.1.2. Has anyone got a clue what might be wrong or how she can get bbm updated?

Try deleting BBM and then reinstalling it.

I'd make sure her phone is on the list of approved devices. Should be, but sometimes you don't know.

She could try uninstalling and re-installing. Her chat histories would probably disappear though.

If that doesn't work, a direct installation of the apk (side-loading) may be possible.
