Maybe they released the other phones update first so when it's time to release the BlackBerry version they could send a few bug fixes for the android and ios, given the fact it's been out for a week or so

Personally they should if just released the update to all platforms at the same time..to me that make a more sense.

If they needed to wait a few more weeks that's fine but just release it on all platforms at the sametime..

The new BBM feature will be called Halitosis. It allows you to smell through the BBM video call.

Does it matter at this juncture. BBM on BlackBerry is still the best and will remain so for core support.

I wantz more BlackBerry goodness!

I hope it's a completely reworked BBM group feature or something that will make my 30+ strong group of friends use BlackBerry again.

Right off the top of my head, I'm thinking multi conference / group video chat/screen share or multi-player games within BBM (something simple of course like pictionary, not world of war craft or anything like that)

BBM with its pin feature is like facebook whereas Whatsapp with open architecture is like Twitter. All can talk and see. BBM in that way has very selective use.
