I updated. I lost all chats and all manually linked contacts. Also, I see no way of making BBM voice calls and the option in Settings to make calls over cellular is no longer there. Anyone figure it out?

EDIT: Rebooting fixed the BBM Voice issue.

Would someone explain the bbm meetings feature? How it works and is it paid or free feature? I know it's not yet official now but I wonder if anyone already have the information. Thx before

Got the update.
Z30 Verizon 10.3.0.908
BBM version was 10.4.4.8
BBM now version 10.5.4.23
Didn't get a notification or an Update to show in BlackBerry World, but when I pulled up BBM in BlackBerry World, instead it having the Open button, it had Update.

So check the app in BlackBerry World.

EDIT: I didn't loose any chats, groups, or history.

Same here on AT&T using P'9983. It did not show up in Blackberry World as available, but when you search for BBM, it shows the update.

For those that don't get a notification in the hub to update, or don't get the update when searching for it in 'my world' then just search for Bbm in BBW, that's how I was able to update it.

I didn't not lose any chats.

OK so I've updated my Z30 and my wife's Q10. But it says that the contact us not using a version that supports this feature. Same if I try it on her phone. Have I overlooked anything, I've restarted both phones to see if that was an issue. Any ideas??

The update in my Z30 went fine. No list chats or groups. When I went into one if my group's chats, I noticed a new icon at the top right if the screen. When clicked on it opens a Web browser page saying "Let's Meet Here, learn more 13 November"


Which suggests to me that BBM Meetings will be released 13 November

I have the same issue. My wife's z10 can send timed messages but I get the same message about not supported.

Yep, I have just updated both mine and the Mrs BBM on our Q10's and can't use the timed feature because, well, we haven't updated apparently. Go figure...

Did you restart after install? Mine worked fine after I restarted the phones
