    Actually, I'm being serviced by Eagle Mobile in Albania. After the last update, finally I also have Internet data (it was not possible before, due to not saving APN). But, I still cannot use BBM as the BIS is not active. While, using Vodafone Albania, the internet and BIS are available. It is also available when wireless connection is established. What can I do to have BBM service in my BlackBerry Z10 again?

    The new BlackBerry 10 OS is not using BIS any more. Make sure you check for a BBM update in Blackberry World. Even if is not showing as a update if you click on the app in BlackBerry World you should see update available.

    I tried to update, but there is not any update available. Can the carrier prevent from this service? Why in wireless, it functions well, while using Internet data of the carrier it is not possible. Thanks in advance!

    That's weird. I was thinking is not working at all. If is working thru WiFi should work thru you're carrier network also. I think the best is to contact you're carrier and ask them if they have a special BlackBerry data plan. Anyhow this new BlackBerry 10 is not using BIS so should work but maybe you're carrier somehow is blocking something .
