Did you try a phone start? Or press the volume up and down at the same time, holding for 10 to 12 secs?

I just find that a restart sometimes works for me when things go wonky.

A restart is a good option, make sure you have the latest BBM too

And you are sure you can login to bbid with that email address?

Try your bbid on any other Android or IOS device and see if bbm works, if it does then try to open it again in your BlackBerry, should fix it

I chose the continue option and it restored... that was quite the opposite of what was supposed to happen
