    Hi all. Strange thing happened to my BBM on my q10.
    I can't send but I can get my messages on it. It just shows a tick mark. No delivery sign comes.
    If I message my other BBM account on my android phone from the Q10 then that is going fine
    Please help. I'm stumped.

    First off, welcome to CrackBerry!
    Please update your profile to include device, carrier, and location. This makes it easier for others to help you.

    Please do not post duplicate threads in different forums. This thread will remain open, and I've closed the other one.

    You can try a device reset first. (NOT the same as a restart.)
    Hold down both your Volume Up & Down keys for about 10-20 seconds. Keep pressing them, ignoring screenshot notification, BB splashscreen, black screen, red LED, and BB splashscreen again. I don't release the Volume keys until I see the blue startup icon.

    Anything work better after that reboot?

    Hi sorry for the billion threads. I'm just very frazzled. My primary phone is the Q10. Carrier is Airtel from India . I did try what you suggested including their battery pull and sim remove. None seem to work. Did check with my carrier too
