Sorry, I posted in haste and wasn't clear. I have bought stickers on my BB and then used BBM on an iPhone but the paid for stickers aren't transferable but the free ones are. Surely if I've paid once for stickers, they should be available on any platform.

On the device which isn't displaying them try going into the shop hitting the 3 dots overflow button and click restore. I take it you are using the same bbid?

Because the payment is tied to the store and not the ID. So buying on iOS means it's tied to the apple app store. Vs buying on Google play it's tied to that store, amazon, etc.
