    Just installed 10.2 and my bbm is trying to restore my bbm information, but its taking too long and im getting server error. Is this normal? Help

    No it's not normal. I know before you had to add the beta BBM Channels for it to connect. But then you won't have the dark theme for BBM.

    Try a reset first. If that doesn't work, dl the Beta Zone app from BBWorld, ( sign up) then install channels...BBM should connect.
