    They added private chats to it. Which I think is free on android. Not sure.

    It's starting to become worth it, but not quite there yet.

    Make it cheaper, or make it yearly.

    Also, I still can't know for sure how much the subscription is. They really should list it.

    Can't you click on subscribe to find out? and I believe I saw through the BlackBerry website it was $25/yr for BBM Protected.

    Edit: I can't seem to find that option in my BBM?

    I don't think this is protected. Guess it might be, but I think it's a bucks a month.

    Also, maybe only in the beta.

    Than dammit I'm jealous I don't have that option...

    I guess apparently they just opened up BBM Beta on BB10 to a bunch of new people according to the Beta Zone? Cause I don't get the BBM Beta anymore

    Yeah. I am part of... another beta... and they closed the previous BBM beta. Unfortunately that means that everyone that was on it kinda got kicked out, which is pretty lame.

    Some of them got invited back in though.

    Instead they leveraged the group of testers from that... other beta... since it was a bigger group, and apparently has been more vocal and better with bug reports.

    Saved them some time and I guess money by just using one group to test both.
