That just worked very nicely for my Nexus 7. However, since Aptoide was showing a need to update 7 apps I didn't get there and aren't asking to be upgraded in the Play store, I thought it was wiser to lose it, after I got BBM.

Side loading is installing an app from a source other than the official app store. In this case, since you can't get BBM for tablets from the Play Store, you side load it.

No. Your tablet will have a different PIN. Each device gets its own PIN.

maybe you mean your bbid yes you can use your current bbid to sign in bbm on your tab

I tried it cause I'm getting a Lumia 920 on Saturday so took a long shot at BBM on my tablet lol
