Not in North America it isn't. It's still only 8:30pm on the 20th. BlackBerry is based in Southern Ontario and is likely launching at 7:30am Toronto/New York time.

The leak is still working for me. It remembered all my contacts, my last status update and even my profile picture carried over from when I last used my blackberry many months ago.

My gf downloaded a little later than me and kept getting the no connection error. Mine on the other hand is working beautifully.

Also, yes I'm aware that my pin is showing but this is bbm after all, if you send me an add and ask me for naked pictures of my dog or something else creepy I'll just block you
