Hi I am on a leaked OS 10.3.0.1154 and since this update my icons for video and voice on BBM disappeared. They are not grayed out, they simply are not there. I am on a Z30 with T-Mobile. Anyone else have this issue? It worked on a previous 10.3 leak, is this a T-Mobile issue?

I had the same issue, seems to have sorted itself out.

You could try this
1. Click on "Contacts"
2. Click "BBM Video"

Can you see if people are online under "BBM Video"?

Everyone, I never see the icon up top at all.

Also, now it keeps asking me to update BBM but it never lets me update, it says "open" in the top corner in BB World where it should say "download" to download the update. I went back to the latest OS (non leak) and BBM is still not showing video or call button. Very strange, is it a T-Mobile issue maybe?

I have the same problem since I tried the 10.3 leaks. Never been able to get Video or Audio again in BBM even when i got back to 10.2.X, then reverted to 10.3.0.1154 and people can't call me either

I have two devices, a Z10 and another Q10. I updated either to 10.3.0.908 same day and guess what happened...Z10 contracts are still on BBM Voice/Video, while Q10 are NOT.
Weird enough, yet no effective solution to address Q10's mal-functionality has been sourced so far. Any ideas?
