    My friend has just downloaded bbm for ios and has few contacts but there seems to be random messages popping up on her screen from people who are not on her contacts. She has no groups and no multi person chats. Any advice please?

    An update has been issued and they are working on a contact bug issue. Try the update and see if that helps.
