    But how to get that. Is that what my carrier can give mee or is that when you have contract and they gave you when you buy phone. I was buy mine phone in store unlocked

    Your carrier should send out settings to your phone to enable all if this.

    Give them a call and tell them and they should be able to pulse out the settings to you.

    I agree. Call your carrier to have your books resent to your phone (software books for the phone). BBM should be up and running by then if they send you all your data. It happened to me before.

    Whell carrier is problem they dont have settings for BlackBerry, they don't have BlackBerry phones. And they think BlackBerry support can solve problem. I will buy a sim card from other carrier to see is that really problem
