    I'm having a weird issue with Bbm. I'm on a z10. And I don't have the BlackBerry logo on the top right of the screen.

    No Bbm messages are going through, but I can make Bbm voice calls???

    have you called your provider to see if there are internet outages in your area? do you have data?

    I have a Q10 and I can't send or receive through BBM. I'm with T-mobile and they say they are not having any issues. My friend has an iphone through T-mobile with BBM and hers isn't working either. On my side it shows the waiting clock. On her side it shows the check mark. As if it was sent.

    I've called tech support (telus). They suggested that it's the phone or the sim.

    Thought that was a stretch, but changed the sim anyways. That didn't solve the problem.

    Bbm video works on mobile network, just not actual messages. Both work fine on wifi.

    I get this too, every now and then. Don't know if it's BlackBerry's servers or my provider. Sometimes a reboot helps. Sometimes just have to wait a few hours and the seeds come back.

    New sim. Nothing. Updated os to 13.2.2

    After that I got a BBM update in app world, which I installed.

    Still the same issue, BBM messages don't work unless I'm on wifi.

    I'm on AT&T using 10.3.2 and my BBM has been acting weird. I've been able to send and receive, but it's slow.

    Thing is BBM is perfect for me on wifi. Just not on the mobile network.

    Got that message.

    While on wifi, and it connects and works on wifi like normal.

    Once I cut the wifi, the BlackBerry logo disappears on the home screen .

    It's been like this all day, like 12 hours.

    Thnx for all the help.

    I did the soft reboot, hard reboot ( holding the volume buttons method), and a battery pull.

    No luck.
