    Hello
    I have a OS10 device and a OS7 device. I used for a year and half my Passport and, for sentimental reasons I switched back to my 9810. BBM switched also to my 9810 but is still available on my Passport (same ID). If I write a message on 9810 it is OK, but if I white it on Passport my contact sees the message coming from unknown source.
    What can I do to switch back my BBM on Passport?

    Probably do a factory reset on the 9810 so it won't be associated with your BlackBerry ID.

    I am using them �n the same time, but I must keep BBM on Passport only from now on for not having same issue.
