    Hi all,

    I just snapped up a Z10 and have promptly set it up etc and put my 9900 to the side. The only issue that I've got so far is that BBM isn't letting me send or receive messages at all on the Z10, while I can still send and receive them on the 9900.

    Is there something else that I need to do to get BBM up and working?

    Hi there, you need to say you want to migrate your account before you can use the same BBID on your z10. Otherwise you need to set up new BBID
