    She says it keeps prompting for her email when launching and does not accept it when entered correctly.

    Can you try resetting her BBID password? KB34776-Resetting the BlackBerry ID password using the password recovery question for BBM for iPhone or BBM for Android

    You can also reset the BBID (but once you do, you can't restore)

    KB35103-How to reset the BlackBerry ID account on BBM for Android and iPhone if the Password Recovery Answer is unknown

    Has she verified the email she is using the same one she used to create her BlackBerry ID?

    Could it have anything to do with the new update to x-platform bbm? Pretty sure it's not updated in the phone.
