Hello, I live in the central part of the United States and my wife is currently in Indonesia. I have the BlackBerry Passport running 10.3.2.2226 on Tmobile. She has the Z30 running a version on 10.2. (for whatever reason Indonesia has either not gotten 10.3 or something with her provider (both phones are unlocked. Lately we've had the issue of messages not getting though to her. We would have a conversation and from her point of view I either didn't respond or I would go to a different subject with her not knowing that I actually responded to her question. The other interesting part is from my point of view the message was delivered and read. My screen shots show the message while hers doesn�t. Has anyone had this issue and if so how did you go about solving it?
