    I have a z10 and I'm sending to a galaxy s3 it sends most of the messages and then out of nowhere the message sends but the galaxy s3 doesn't recieve it ;(

    It seems to be hit and miss sometimes. I heard there was an Android update. Can they try that?

    Just remember some handset users do turn off cell data and rely 97% of time in WiFi
