I'm thinking mine is because it's an unlocked AT&T Q10. I'm using it on T-mobile which only gets LTE. No HSPA+ or 3G bands.

I honestly think it's a band compatibility issue for me.

I don't think that's the issue, a lot and I say A LOT of users are facing this who aren't on Crackberry, even Android and iPhone users are facing it.

It's just weird because it's no problem on my Z30 or Z10...

Hmm. No idea then. I just thought it was due to the band's because the only time I can get BBM to work on the Q10 is when I remove SIM and run on Wifi only.

BBM is really acting weird lately, I think they need to take care of the server side more than the app itself.

And the issue jumps again today! When is this bull**** gonna end? I have had enough of this! They need to fix this crap NOW!

I can't keep losing chats every week and no, backing them up is not a solution because it's a big hassle!
