I just found out that either BBM for BlackBerry or BBM for android doesn't work well in certain WiFi. Here's the situation when BBM disconnected:
Connected to my campus Wifi. Which I usually can, after the last update, it doesn't work.
It might possible to work on wifi when the network of the cellular network still on. When I only use wifi, without any cellular. It doesn't work.
So, the point is that BBM simply work cluttering on wifi (I've tried several wifi network).

Anyone experience this?

On some wifis bbm don't work, I also don't know why. But I think it has something to do with the WiFi. Something is blocked.

I only use regular wifi network. Since other apps which require Internet connection work without any problems, I'm thinking there's something wrong with the BBM app.

I just tried BBM on windows phone. It doesn't work with WiFi as well.
I don't know. I think new version of BBM has some bugs.

I'm trying again and all features on my BB10 which require Internet work flawlessly with WiFi only. But BBM it does not work at all to send and receive messages. BBM shop still work though.

Sometimes I have the same on some public wifis. Bbm don't work there

Sometimes if it is a public wifi connection you may be required to login. If you're not and it doesn't seem to be working, Report a problem if you're using a non-BB10 devices
