    Not sure if any of you have been experiencing this issue.

    Lately, iPhone and iPad users were successfully able to place voice calls to my Z10 but strangely enough, when I try to call either of them, neither of them receives the call although my Z10 is clearly showing it is ringing!

    I just tested this. I made a BBM call to my Z30 from my iPhone, and vice versa. Both calls went through fine.

    That said, a friend overseas had a problem receiving my BBM calls a week or so ago. I had him reboot his iPhone, open and close BBM, and all was well. Maybe you could give that a try.

    That is an issue affecting quite a lot of users now, waiting a solution from BlackBerry.
