    I was browsing through BlackBerry World just now, and while checking the top free apps list, came upon BBM. Was completely surprised to see that there's no Made for BlackBerry logo there.
    I mean, what's wrong with RIM?

    Has anyone else noticed it?

    I'm new to BlackBerry and Crackberry too, so please excuse if this has been already ranted upon!

    Well, considering it's preinstalled on a BBM and you can't uninstall it, it's not like their would be much incentive to add for someone to download it.

    But I agree it would be more coherent anyway. ;P

    It is integrated into the Operating System. Why does it need a Made for BBM stamp?

    Well, then what are the Made for BlackBerry stamps for? To define that the app has been specifically written/coded for BlackBerry, right?

    No, it's more than that. It has to meet a specific set of design criteria. One of which, I'm pretty sure, is that it connects to BBM.

    Not a single pre-installed app has BFB status.

    You'd think being developed by BlackBerry themselves would be even better.
