    So, I have a buddy who installed BBM on his iPhone, but cannot send a video. Pictures, yes, but no option to attach a video. I don't know much about the iPhone so can't help him that much, but seems odd it couldn't attach a video file.

    Any help?

    There was an update released by BlackBerry for iOS, which addressed this issue. Ask your friend to update and see if that helps.

    Sure enough, needed updating. Not sure yet though if that fixed his problem.

    Well, says he updated and still can't send video. Can other iPhone users send video? Is this an iOS problem or user error?

    I just checked and tried with iphone 5, the only options under attachments are,
    Take Picture
    Select Picture
    Voice Note.
    You can't even fool it and try to send it through BBM from video file.

    I believe sending videos/files thru bbm is limited to 6mb? Any more than that wont send

    on iOS BBM there's no way to send video...yet
