Messages not arriving, Delivery reports not arriving, Read statuses not working... what do we want more? Picture sharing in groups (in the messages) not possible. Searching and making contacts is horrible... If BBM wants to beat WhatsApp... there's a lot of work to do!

At least the process is started. There will always be room for more improvement. We can only hope...
BBM won't be at Whatsapp. It's too late, just like it can't compete with Apple, Android. Too late.
We can just hope that BBRY can get healthy and turn a small profit to keep bringing innovation to smartphones.
Since the leaders of the pack seem complacent.
